懂不懂 (Dong Bu Dong)
$25.00

I had not seen my mom in 3 years due to the pandemic. Hong Kong remains inaccessible due to travel bans and political challenges. As I spend my holidays alone for 3 years, with no family left in North America, I ask myself: what do I have left in the way of family, truths, and answers as I navigate through figuring what to cook for dinner, what to wear to a ball, loneliness and insecurities? Whatsapp messages. When it's 3am and I am wide awake, my mom has an answer on the other side of the planet at 3pm. She always says, 懂不懂? when she is trying to share with me something that she wishes I could understand, but has found peace and wisdom having passed through it. The lessons extend universally as messages from mothers to daughters.

Abstinence in the City
$25.00

The only way to process the last 5 years in NYC. What better time to publish at the confluence of my 35th birthday (a.k.a Geriatic Cliff), moving in and out of a nunnery, and days before Valentines Day. I'm releasing a gutsy zine, and I'm warmly inviting your perspectives and stories too from dear friends. We often look around us and think we're the only ones going through what we're going through.
